Bob Dylan's Former Harlem Townhouse Hits Market for $3.7 Million

Bob Dylan once wished that for just one time, you could stand inside his shoes.

Now, for a cool $3.7 million, you can do a lot more than that.

The iconic singer-songwriter’s landmarked four-story townhouse is up for sale, according to a listing from Corcoran, first reported by 6sqft.

The spacious four-bedroom home, located at 265 W. 139th St. in Striver’s Row, was built in the 1900s and boasts some vintage details from that era, according to the listing.

The home is “dripping with Oak details,” and includes decorative fireplaces, a modern kitchen, a Juliet balcony, a library and a den, among other features, according to the listing.

The Pulitzer and Nobel Prize-winning folk legend lived in the home for 14 years and sold it in 2000, Curbed reported.
