This may be the most fabulous set of straphangers New York City has ever seen.

Warner Brothers has released the first image of its upcoming caper comedy "Ocean's Eight," and it features eight stars dressed to the nines in an ordinary subway car.

At their feet lie some very suspicious-looking — if fabulous — packages.

Spread across the otherwise empty car are members of the movie's female-fronted cast: from left to right, they include Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock), Lou (Cate Blanchett), Nine Ball (Rihanna), Amita (Mindy Kaling), Constance (Awkwafina), Rose (Helena Bonham Carter), Daphne Kluger (Anne Hathaway) and Tammy (Sarah Paulson).

According to a press release, Ocean has assembled her posse to pull off a heist the Met Gala, an annual black-tie, invitation-only event that raises money for the Metropolitan Museum of Art. (We're guessing that wooly fur sweaters and green snakeskin trenches aren't Anna Wintour's style?)

"Ocean's Eight" is an all-female spin-off of the film trilogy starring George Clooney, Matt Damon and Brad Pitt — itself a remake of the 1960 Rat Pack movie of the same name.

Filming in New York City began in October. In December, DNAinfo spotted cast and crew members in Jackson Heights

The movie will hit theaters on June 8, 2018.
