BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — Police have identified the man wanted in connection to a fatal shooting outside a Brooklyn barbershop in June.

Officials are searching for Michael Woolridge, 43, for his involvement in the June 7 shooting in front of D’s Barbershop at 356 Marcus Garvey Blvd.

Shane McCargo, 44, was shot in the head while taking cover behind a car following a fight with the gunman, according to police and a witness.

McCargo and Woolridge were arguing over a woman while outside the barbershop, an NYPD spokesman said.

Officials describe Woolridge as about 5-foot-5 and 170 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair.

Police released a new photo of the suspect on Tuesday, according to an NYPD spokesman.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
