WEST FARMS — Police have offered a $10,000 reward for information that leads to the conviction of the murderer of a Bronx mother.

Cindy Diaz, 48, was bringing food home to her children on Friday around 5:37 p.m. by 2012 Boston Rd. when she was shot in the torso and arm, police said.

She was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital and pronounced dead. She was not the intended target of the shooter, according to the NYPD.

Officials announced Tuesday that they were offering a $10,000 reward for information about the killing. The tipster would receive $2,500 after an arrest and indictment and the remaining $7,500 after a conviction.

Police have released video of a person who is wanted for questioning in Diaz's murder.
