Nobody uses voicemail anymore — except Santa Claus.

New Yorkers can use a new app on LinkNYC kiosks around the five boroughs to help their kids leave a message for ol' Saint Nick, the communications network said in statement released four days before Christmas Eve.

When the free "call" goes through to Santa's voicemail, kids will hear a recorded greeting from the big man himself.

City dwellers can use LinkNYC kiosks to access free, high-speed Wi-Fi, use maps, charge devices and make free calls to anywhere in the U.S. when they're not trying to reach the North Pole. (They can't, however, use them to browse the Internet for porn anymore.)
