Whether you're looking for an open bar with plenty of dancing or a four-course dinner that's a foodie's dream, there are plenty of New Year's Eve celebrations to help you ring in 2017 without the Times Square crush.

DNAinfo New York has rounded up parties and dinners in all five boroughs to help you start planning your big night out.

MANHATTAN

The John Dory Oyster Bar

Where: 1196 Broadway, Upper West Side
When: Noon to midnight

In addition to it's regular menu, the Upper West Side oyster bar will be serving a three-course prix fixe meal to celebrate New Year's Eve.

Ocean Prime

Where: 123 W. 52nd St., Midtown
When: 5 to 11 p.m.

The seafood-and-steaks spot is offering a special New Year's Eve-only menu featuring an array of decadent dishes — including caviar and Veuve Clicquot champagne, black truffle tagliatelle, seared scallops with bone marrow, and Parma ham-wrapped tilefish, among others.

Gatsby’s House New Year’s Eve Party at Hudson Terrace

Where: Hudson Terrace, 621 W. 46th St., Hell's Kitchen
When: 8 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Cost: $89

Take a trip back to Roaring '20s New York this New Year's Eve with this costume party that promises the glamor of "The Great Gatsby." Partygoers will enjoy a 6-hour open bar and dancing. You must be 21 to attend, and tickets to the bash are available here.

New Year's Eve Family Fireworks Gala on the Cornucopia Destiny Yacht

Where: Pier 36, 299 South St., Lower East Side
When: Boarding begins at 8 p.m.; boat sails from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Cost: Tickets start at $189

Toast the new year aboard a boat. This cruise promises a view of New Year's Eve fireworks while you enjoy a dinner buffet, 4-hour open bar, and dancing to a live DJ. You can buy tickets here.

New Year's Eve Black Tie Bash

Where: Rainbow Room, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 65th Floor, Midtown
When: 8:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
Cost: $595

Dust off those tuxedos and ball gowns. This New Year's Eve party features a premium open bar, passed canapes and magnificent views in The Gallery from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Then guests will settle in for a four-course tasting menu, live entertainment and dancing. Top it all off with a champagne toast at midnight. Tickets are available here.

The Slipper Room: The New Years Show

Where: The Slipper Room, 167 Orchard St., Lower East Side
When: Doors at 8 p.m.; show at 9:30 p.m.
Cost: $50 in advance; $60 at the door

Toast the new year at midnight during this "extravaganza" that will feature burlesque, boylesque, side show and magic. This event is 21 and up.

The McKittrick Masquerade: A New Year's Eve Bohemian Soiree

Where: 530 W. 27th St., Chelsea
When: 10:15 p.m.
Cost: Tickets to the McKittrick Masquerade start at $225; Late night entry starts at $100

This masked ball promises an open bar, dancing and special performances to guests decked out in all gold, black, white or red. The party begins when that evening's "Sleep No More" performance ends, and some ticket packages include dinner at The Lodge, the McKittrick's indoor rooftop restaurant. BROOKLYN

New Year's Eve Party at Milk River Lounge

Where: Milk River Restaurant & Lounge, 960 Atlantic Ave., Prospect Heights 
When: 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Cost: General admissions tickets start at $30

If you want to spend your entire night at one spot, this might be the party for you. Milk River will host dinner from 7 to 10 p.m., dancing from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m., and breakfast from 3 to 7 a.m. There will be a free champagne toast at midnight.

BangOn!NYC Presents: New Year's Eve 2016 "Time and Space"

Where: A secret Bushwick warehouse location
When: 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Cost: $60 to $140

Head to this secret Brooklyn warehouse party to "cruise through the cosmos under an expansive solar system installation." The event will feature two stages and a silent disco so partygoers can dance the night away, as well as interactive performances from fire breathers and aerialists. Only ticketholders will be told the exact address of the party.

Rooftop New Year's Eve

Where: Wahlburgers Coney Island, 3015 Stillwell Ave., Coney Island
When: 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. (fireworks begin at midnight)
Cost: Free to attend

Head to the roof of this burger joint to catch the Coney Island fireworks. The restaurant will have heaters to keep partygoers toasty as well as a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. A full menu with New Year's Eve specials will also be available.

QUEENS

New Year's Eve Party

Where: Sweet Afton Bar, 30-09 34th St., Astoria
When: 9 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Cost: $75

This Astoria bar is planning a 3-hour open bar in celebration of the new year. There will also be hors d'oeuvres, specialty cocktails and party favors as well as a champagne toast at midnight.

New Years Eve at Studio Square

Where: Studio Square, 35-33 36th St., Long Island City
When: 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Cost: $35

Sip on unlimited beer, wine and sangria from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. while dancing the night away to a live DJ all night. There will be free party favors for all guests. You can buy your ticket here.

THE BRONX

Alex Sensation's Official New Year's Eve Party

Where: Salsa Con Fuego, 2297 Cedar Ave., University Heights
When: 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Cost: $15 for the first 500 tickets

STATEN ISLAND

New Year's Eve at Above Rooftop

Where: Above Rooftop at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1100 South Ave., Bloomfield
When: 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Cost: Tickets start at $79

Party above it all at the new rooftop bar, Above. This New Year's Eve bash features a 3-hour premium open bar, passed hors d'oeuvres, a DJ, champagne toast and party favors. You can also get VIP priority admission and bottle service for $129 a person if purchased before Dec. 18.
