MIDTOWN — A former traffic enforcement agent was arrested after a police officer spotted him rubbing up against four women in front of the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, according to prosecutors and sources.

The officer first saw 44-year-old Atta Saad “push his groin up against a woman’s buttocks and repeatedly rub against her" at about 6:45 p.m. Thursday, according to police.

But it wasn't until Saad did the same thing to three other women that the officer finally arrested him, according to a criminal complaint.

The fourth victim turned around and looked at Saad and tried to walk away, according to court papers.

A police spokesman could not say why the officer waited before making the arrest.

He was charged with misdemeanor forcible touching and sexual abuse and arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court on Friday.

Saad worked as a traffic enforcement agent for the NYPD and resigned in June 2015, sources confirmed. The incident was first reported by WABC.

There was no immediate information on his lawyer.
