STATEN ISLAND — A robbery pattern targeted up to 10 people and a group of delis around Staten Island, police said.

Police arrested one person and are looking for two more for the armed heists in which cash, cellphones and debit cards were taken from businesses and people between Oct. 9 to Oct. 26, the NYPD said.

"We don’t believe it’s derived from any narcotic need or addiction right now," Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce said about the pattern.

A suspect, Victor Abraham, 19, was arrested last week and Boyce said police identified a car that was used by the suspects.

"Right now, we have a car that was going back and forth over the bridge," Boyce said. "That’s been identified as one of the suspects’ mother’s."

The suspects' first robbery was on Oct. 9 when Abraham and the two suspects approached a 33-year-old inside a home near Herberton Avenue and Albion Place, displayed a gun and stole his wallet with his two debit cards inside, according to police and a law enforcement source.

The other incidents were:

► The suspects pulled a knife on a 39-year-old man in front of a building near Castleton and Port Richmond avenues and stole $40 in cash from him, police said.

► The thieves threw 41-year-old victim to the ground, went through her pockets and stole her purse on Oct. 12 at 5 a.m. in front of 124 Port Richmond Ave.

► Two of the suspects displayed a knife to a 54-year-old woman in front of 976 Castleton Ave. on Oct. 12 at 5:20 a.m. and stole her purse with her cellphone, debit card and $10 in cash inside.

► A red car pulled up to a 51-year-old woman near New Street and Port Richmond Avenue on Oct. 12 at 7:40 a.m. A suspect got out, snatched her bag with about $400 inside, went back inside the car and drove away, police said.

► The suspects pulled up in a black Jeep next to a 31-year-old man and one got out, showed his gun and demanded his property, police said. The man gave up his wallet — with $200 in cash and a MetroCard inside — and the suspects drove away.

► The three went into Victory Superette and Bagels, 1212 Victory Blvd., on Oct. 15 and one pulled a gun on the 38-year-old male worker and demanded the cash. The gunman and another took about $5,000 in cash from the register while the third acted as a lookout.

► Two of the suspects went into Diddle Dee Bagel and Deli, 1334 Richmond Road, on Oct. 16, threatened employees with guns and took about $2,000 in cash.

► The suspects returned to the Diddle Dee Bagel and Deli on Oct. 25, indicated he had a handgun to the 26-year-old male employee and took about $2,000 in cash.

► On Oct. 26, two suspects went into the deli at 44 New Drop Plaza, showed a gun and took about $2,000 cash.

Abraham — who's believed to be involved with the robbery pattern — was arrested on Oct. 24 when he pushed a 16-year-old to the ground in front of Denino's and tried to steal his wallet, the Staten Island Advance reported.

The victim was able to fend Abraham off and he was arrested and charged with attempted robbery, the Advance reported.

Abraham was hit with a 16-count indictment Wednesday for his role in the Oct. 9 and Oct. 27 incidents, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said.

"I am confident that the police are working incredibly hard to keep the people of Staten Island safe and the public can rest assured that my office will vigorously prosecute those responsible for these crimes," DA Michael McMahon said in a statement.

"For now, we encourage everyone to remain vigilant and calm as the NYPD continues its ongoing investigation."

Abraham was charged with robbery, grand larceny, assault, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, attempted robbery and attempted criminal possession of stolen property, according to his indictment.

His bail was set at $100,000 bond, $50,000 cash and he pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to online court records.

Abraham's lawyer did not respond to a request for comment.

Police said the two other suspects were between 18 to 25 years old and last seen wearing dark colored clothes.
