BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — The Jehovah’s Witnesses have sold another prime Brooklyn property.

The religious organization sold 69 Adams St., a four-story recreational building with a rooftop tennis court, for an undisclosed price to an unidentified buyer, a spokesman confirmed.

“A buyer has been selected and we expect to close on the property before the end of the year,” the spokesman said in an email. “However, in order to respect their privacy, we are not identifying who the buyer is or the purchase price at this time.”

The Brooklyn Daily Eagle first reported the sale.

The 157,410-square-foot, mixed-use site sits just outside of DUMBO’s historic district and includes an 84-car garage.

Its zoning designation allows for as-of-right development of a new luxury residential tower with commercial, community and retail space, but it’s unclear how tall the new buyer would be able to build.

The Jehovah's Witnesses have been selling their Brooklyn Heights and DUMBO properties as they move their headquarters upstate to Warwick.

Kushner Companies, owned by Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, has bought several of the organization's properties, including the iconic Watchtower headquarters at 25-30 Columbia Heights
