MANHATTAN — An off-duty firefighter was arrested after he drove drunk in Murray Hill and slammed his vehicle into a small fence Monday morning, police said.

Noel Reyes, 32, hit the fence surrounding a tree in front of 50 Park Ave. early in the morning on Halloween, an NYPD spokeswoman said. It was later determined that his blood alcohol level was at least .08 percent.

Reyes, who works in Queens, was arrested and charged with a DWI.

Reyes faces a suspension from the FDNY, but officials are still looking into the incident, a spokesman said.

He was expected to be arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court, though the time frame was unclear.
