QUEENS — A person was seriously hurt in a a fire at an East Elmhurst home early Monday morning, officials said.
The blaze started on the second floor of 92-10 32nd Ave., near 93rd Street, about 1:45 a.m., an FDNY spokesman said.
The injured person, whose identity was not immediately known, was in stable condition at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, the spokesman said.
Another person was treated for minor injuries at Elmhurst Hospital, the spokesman said.
Fire marshals will determine what sparked the blaze, the spokesman said.
