TIMES SQUARE — A homeless woman used a hammer to smash the glass-panel doors leading into the historic Ed Sullivan Theater — the latest in a series of vandalism incidents perpetrated by her, authorities said.

A CBS employee told police he saw Alexandria Roth, 23, take a hammer to the doors of the theater at 1697 Broadway, between West 53rd and  54th streets, on Oct. 3 around 4:55 a.m, and again on Oct. 6 around 5:15 a.m., according to police and the Manhattan District Attorney’s office.

CBS owns the theater, which is currently home to "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert."

The shattered glass panes cost the network about $4,800 to replace, the DA’s office said.

Roth, who was arrested on Oct. 6, was charged with criminal mischief.

It wasn’t the first time Roth vandalized the theater, prosecutors said.

On Sept. 9, around 4 a.m., a surveillance camera captured her writing “meet me” with a marker on a side door of the location, the DA’s office said.

Four days later, Roth was caught on camera around 5 a.m. spray-painting the sidewalk in front of the theater, the complaint said.

She was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and making graffiti for those incidents, the criminal complaint said.

Roth was released on her own recognizance a day after the most recent arrest and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 12, the DA’s office said.

An attorney for Roth and a spokeswoman for CBS did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
