MANHATTAN — The L train was partially suspended in Manhattan because of signal problems at Eighth Avenue, the MTA said.
Trains weren't running between Union Square and Eighth Avenue, the MTA said at 9:27 a.m., but resumed service with delays about 20 minutes later.
