LONGWOOD — A woman in the South Bronx had her morning rudely interrupted when a man exposed himself to her, police said.

The incident happened Sept. 24 around 7:15 a.m. by Fox Street and E. 163rd Street, when the suspect came up to his 26-year-old victim and exposed himself to her as she sat in her vehicle, according to the NYPD.

He then took off, but not before the woman was able to take some pictures of him with her cell phone, police said.

Officers described the suspected flasher as a man last seen wearing a black shirt, black socks, black sneakers, black sunglasses and blue shorts with white trim on the sides.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or, for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the crime stoppers website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES), then entering TIP577.
