ELTINGVILLE — A man stole more than $1,000 worth of razor blades from a Rite Aid, prosecutors said.

Nick Raytis, 26, walked into the Rite Aid at 4368 Amboy Road on Sept. 19, took the razor blades and left the store, authorities said.

Police arrested Raytis on Wednesday morning and he was charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny at his arraignment, according to the Staten Island District Attorney's office.

Raytis' bail was set at $5,000 and he's due back in court on Oct. 3, according to online court records.

His lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
