MANHATTAN — Accused Chelsea bomber Ahmad Khan Rahami will be brought from New Jersey to Manhattan federal court in the “near future” to face terrorism charges, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch said.

Rahami is facing federal charges, including using a weapon of mass destruction and bombing a public space, after he detonated a bomb on West 23rd Street Saturday, injuring 31 people, prosecutors said.

"In the near future, it is our intention to bring the defendant to the federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, which has jurisdiction over the Manhattan neighborhood where more than 30 innocent people were wounded — and countless others were gravely endangered — by his bombs," Lynch said in a prepared statement for the International Bar Association conference Wednesday.

A bloody notebook containing the name of late ISIS leader Abu Muhammad al-Adnani was found on Rahami after he was arrested in a shootout with police in New Jersey.

The Elizabeth, New Jersey, man also made reference to pressure-cooker bombs and pipe bombs in the journal, officials said.

Investigators are also still looking for two men who sources said accidentally defused a second bomb Rahami had planted on West 27th Street by swiping a suitcase after removing the explosive device inside.
