QUEENS — A man was caught masturbating on an R train in Queens last Monday evening, police said.
A 24-year-old woman was on the train on Sept. 12 at about 7:20 p.m. when she noticed that a man sitting across from her was fondling himself while he had a black backpack on his lap, according to the NYPD.
She then took a picture of him before getting off the train at Roosevelt Avenue.
The man is about 36 years old, 5-foot-8 and 160 pounds. He was last seeing wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, tan boots and a black backpack.
