By Aidan Gardiner | September 14, 2016 11:12am

QUEENS — A woman survived being shot twice in the head in a Jamaica home early Wednesday morning and investigators are now questioning her boyfriend, police said.

The 20-year-old victim, whose name wasn't immediately released, was shot on the second floor of a 108th Avenue home, near 164th Place, minutes before 2:30 a.m., an NYPD spokesman said Wednesday.

Others in the home heard the gunfire and called 911 when they found a bloody cut behind her ear, police said.

Doctors at Jamaica Medical Center found two bullets in her head after examining her and giving her a CT scan, police said.

Her injuries weren't considered life-threatening, an NYPD spokesman said.

Investigators found a .22-caliber bullet casing at the scene, police said.

Police took the woman's boyfriend, whose identity wasn't immediately released, into custody, officials said.

They were still questioning him and he wasn't immediately arrested, police said.
