HUDSON YARDS — The first Hudson Yards apartments will hit the market this week, with prices starting at nearly $2 million for a one-bedroom.

Condominium sales at 15 Hudson Yards — The Related Companies’ 88-story residential tower  — will officially kick off on Thursday, a spokeswoman said.

The company unveiled new renderings of the tower and its interior, including views of a kitchen, living room and master bathroom, ahead of the sales launch.

One-bedroom apartments in the tower will start at about $1.95 million, two-bedrooms will start at around $3.7 million, three-bedrooms will start at roughly $6.3 million and four-bedrooms will start at around $11.8 million, the spokeswoman said.

The highest price for a condo in the building will be around $30 million.

All 285 market-rate condos in the building will have one of two “personalized interior design schemes,” the developer added.

Construction on the building is expected to wrap up in 2018.

“15 Hudson Yards has the unique distinction of a park-front location, remarkable views, grand residences and spectacular amenities that together create a one-of-a-kind living experience,” Sherry Tobak, the senior vice president of Related Sales, said in a statement.
