HUDSON YARDS — The first apartments to hit the market at Hudson Yards will reportedly start at nearly $2 million.

One-bedroom, 843-square-foot apartments on the lower floors of the Related Companies' tower at 15 Hudson Yards will start at $1.92 million each, The Real Deal reported.

The building’s priciest apartments — a pair of nearly 5,200-square-foot units — will be listed at $32 million each, the outlet said.

More than 200 of the building's 285 market-rate units will be listed for less than $7 million, the outlet added.

“We have thoughtfully planned the building to target residence sizes and prices that offer the strongest dynamics to deliver on our lifestyle enhancing vision while achieving quick absorption in all portions of the building, including the penthouses,” a Related Companies spokeswoman said in a statement.

Apartments in the 88-story building will go on sale this fall, and construction is expected to finish in 2018. the company’s website says.

The building will also offer 106 affordable apartment units, The Real Deal reported.
