Bronxites in need of some sunshine on a cloudy day are in luck.
Legendary Motown group The Temptations will put on a free show in the borough at Loreto Park on Wednesday at 7 p.m. for the conclusion of State Sen. Jeff Klein's Summertime Symphonies concert series.
The famous band signed with Motown Records in 1961, and their career took off with the release and success of "My Girl" four years later.
The Temptations are responsible for dozens of other hits as well, including "Ain't Too Proud to Beg," "Papa Was A Rollin' Stone" and "Get Ready."
The concert will take place in Loreto Park between Haight and Tomlinson Avenues, and if it rains, the show will move to P.S. 83 at 950 Rhinelander Ave. between Bogart and Radcliff avenues.
