Two New Yorkers are bringing home gold after Team USA won the men's and women's Olympic basketball tournaments yet again.
Celebrations started Saturday when the U.S. women beat Spain 101-72 in the gold medal game. The win gave New York Liberty center Tina Charles her second gold medal after winning her first in the 2012 London Games.
Then on Sunday, New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony led the U.S. men's team to a 96-66 win over Serbia. That win earned Anthony his third gold medal in a row. He also won bronze in the 2004 Athens Games.
Knicks rookie Willy Hernangomez also won bronze in Rio while playing for Spain.
