National Rum Day is Tuesday, and several of the city's drinking establishments are celebrating with unique concoctions and deals:
► Cienfuegos, 95 Avenue A, Alphabet City
Named for a seaside town in Cuba, this brightly decorated bar and restaurant definitely has rum-based cocktails. They'll be serving daiquiris, mojitos and samples of rums that aren't even on sale yet. Rum lovers will get to try drinks like A Zombie, and sip from rum-spiked punch bowls. Try PHD Rooftop's Old Cuban for $19. It's made with 8-year-old Bacardi and Prosecco.

Give the Mint Capirinha a try for $18. It's minty and sour and perfect for anyone who enjoys mojitos.
► PHD Terrace at Dream Midtown, 210 W. 55th St., Midtown
Bacardi lovers can sip on a Dream Girl for $16. It's made of raspberry syrup, lemon juice, triple sec and Bacardi Limon.
► The Rickey at Dream Midtown, 210 W. 55th St., Midtown
This citrus concoction is great for lime lovers with its mix of lime juice, Bacardi Superior, and even lime agave. It costs $15.
► The Rum House, 228 W. 47th St., Midtown
Celebrate National Rum Day at this rum-dedicated bar. Happy hour runs from noon to 6 p.m. every day. It includes rum punch for $10. In honor of National Rum Day, daiquiris will also be $10, and you can try their other signature rum drinks like The Escape for $14 and Hot in the City for $15.
► Middle Branch, 154 E 33rd St., Kips Bay
Drink and be merry at Middle Branch, where every Sunday through Tuesday there's a "tender hour" from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. where visitors can sip an $8 rum-drink called Bartender's Choice, perfect for the occasion.
