Union Square Burger at Williamsburg, under the bridge — is open till midnight on weeknights and 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday, all the while slinging colossal burgers like their minced beef paddy with panko and vegetable sauce, their fois gras burger, or their avocado cheese burger.

Midtown’s Radicchio has relocated to the Upper East Side but is offering the same handmade pastas, including spaghetti bolognese, lemon fettuccine and gnocchi with pear, walnuts and gorgonzola. Radicchio also has a number of risottos including bacon and gorgonzola, seafood, porcini and sausage pepper and mushroom.

Get a taste of the cuisines of several nationalities across Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe at Cultura. On the menu, customers will find Venezuelan arepas, Mexican guacamole, Spanish paella, the "Cubano Perfecto" sandwich and Argentinean churrasco. Beverages right now include beer, wine and aguas frescas, but the menu will soon feature 20 different types of mojitos and other rum-based cocktails. Prices run from between $14 and $24 for entrees and about $10 for appetizers.

Mother-daughter team Linda and Zora Browne have opened their “healthy” soul food restaurant on Ninth Avenue. Linda Browne has teamed up with chef Eugene McCall Jr. to oversee a menu “based on the cooking of her Mississippi-raised mother,” which includes offerings like fried chicken, catfish, fried green tomatoes, smothered pork chops, peach cobbler and sweet potato pie. Patrons can also order vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes.
