MEATPACKING DISTRICT — A man with an air pistol refused to leave the Gaslight bar on 14th Street after being asked to go by security multiple times, police said.

The 29-year-old man initially left the 400 W. 14th St. bar after being told, but returned at about 3:55 a.m. on July 19, police said.

He was told to leave again, but refused, so a manager and a security team called the police, the NYPD said.

Police said they saw the man on video inside the bar hold what appeared to be gun and later found an air pistol on the floor.

The man was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass in the third degree and possession or selling air pistols and rifles. His bail was set at $1,500 and he's due back in court on Sept. 26.

His attorney did not immediately respond to a voicemail seeking comment. Gaslight declined to comment.
