MORRISANIA — Police are looking for a gunman who shot his victim twice in the back and then fled.

The shooting took place on July 14 at 1189 Tinton Ave. around 9 p.m., when the attacker came up to his 24-year-old victim and shot him twice in the back before fleeing, according to the NYPD.

The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was treated and released, and the motive for the shooting was unclear, police said.

Officers described the suspect as a man with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes who was last seen wearing blue jeans and a multicolored shirt.
