By Kathleen Culliton | July 18, 2016 3:37pm

BROOKLYN — Police released video of a man wanted for dragging a 60-year-old woman into an East New York building's boiler room and raping her Wednesday, the NYPD announced.

The unidentified attacker grabbed the woman from behind, put his hand over her mouth and pulled her into the boiler room of a building on Berriman Street between New Lots and Hegemen avenues at about 6 a.m. on July 13, police said.

He punched her in the face repeatedly and raped her before fleeing, police said.

The woman described her attacker as a man with medium build, standing 5-foot-6 and about 145 pounds, police said. Surveillance video of the suspect shows that he had a short haircut and was wearing dark clothing.

She was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.

The NYPD released video surveillance footage of a suspect on Friday.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
