MIDTOWN — The last piece of art ever created by Leonard Nimoy is coming to the Big Apple for an exhibit celebrating the 50th anniversary of "Star Trek."

The Paley Center for Media is hosting “Star Trek: 50 Artists. 50 Years,” a traveling exhibit showcasing original art inspired by the blockbuster franchise.

Between Sept. 16 and Sept. 25, paintings, sculptures and photographs from 50 artists, including the late Nimoy and Big Bang Theory actress Mayim Bialik, will be on display at the center at 25 W. 52nd St., between Fifth and Sixth avenues.

In addition to portraying Spock for years, Nimoy — who passed away last year — was an avid photographer.

"Hand in Vulcan Gesture," which is part of the exhibit, was his last work, a Paley Center spokeswoman said.

“The Paley Center for Media is thrilled to welcome this extraordinary Star Trek fiftieth anniversary art exhibit and present one-of-a-kind programs, providing fans of the beloved series an out-of-this-world experience that they will not find anywhere else in New York,” Paley Center President and CEO Maureen Reidy said in a statement.

In conjunction with the exhibit, the Paley Center will offer “fan-favorite” screenings, "Star Trek"-themed family events and panel discussions.

Trekkies will also be able to take photos with “backdrop re-creations” of the Enterprise bridge and the planet Gorn.
