BROOKLYN — An NYPD crossing guard was arrested on Tuesday after she sold fireworks to an undercover officer, a police spokeswoman said.
Tina Fleming, 32, was busted in East New York on June 28 at about 3:55 pm., according to the NYPD. Arresting officers then found she was in possession of an expandable ASP baton.
Fleming was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful sale of fireworks and unlawful possession of fireworks.
She has no prior arrests on record, the spokeswoman added.
