Man Randomly Slashed in East Harlem, NYPD Says

MANHATTAN — A man was randomly slashed in East Harlem Thursday night, police said.

The 30-year-old man, whose name wasn't immediately released, was on Park Avenue, near East 124th Street, about 6:40 p.m. when someone slashed his arm and fled, an NYPD spokeswoman said.

The victim walked himself into a health clinic, police said.

There were no immediate arrests and police didn't release a description of the suspect.
