BROOKLYN — A woman was arrested after fatally stabbing a man in Cypress Hills Sunday afternoon, police said.
The 55-year-old man, whose name is being withheld pending family notification, was stabbed several times in the head and torso at 234 McKinley Ave. at Sheridan Avenue around 2:26 p.m., according to the NYPD.
The victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
A woman was taken into custody at the scene of the stabbing, but charges were still pending as of Monday at 2 p.m., a police spokeswoman said.
