Here's another hot list you'll never qualify for.

A stroller ad campaign masquerading as a roundup of the city's most privileged tots, Well Rounded NY's "20 Under 1 to Watch" lists the "most influential babies in New York City, whose parents are leading, innovating and transforming the creative landscape around the globe."

"What makes a baby an influencer?" you might ask.

According to the parenting website for trendy New York moms, "power babies" like Florence June Mast, daughter of one of the Mast Brothers and Olympia Pearl Cipriani, daughter of restaurateur Daniel Cipriani, are "motivating and inspiring [their parents] to keep on doing the cool things they’re doing every day." In other words, they giggle and soil their diapers while their parents — entrepreneurs, media personalities, ad execs and venture capitalists — make bank.

"20 Under 1 to Watch" features black-and-white photos of the youngsters, their parents, and Moschino creative director Jeremy Scott's top-of-the-market, golden-winged strollers, snapped by fashion photographer Shawn Brackbill. (Nepotism is obviously one means of snagging a spot on the list, with Brackbill's son making the cut.)

In captions beneath the portraits, moms and dads answer a trick question: "What's one thing you hope never changes about your little one?"

“At 6 months of age, Rowan’s personality is still developing, but we hope that his infectious smile and super chill personality remain a part of who he is forever!” reply the realistic parents of one exceptionally fortunate baby.

"I hope she continues to shine and makes the world a happier place one smile at a time," says the mother of another.
