HUDSON YARDS — The developer of a sprawling, five-building campus on Manhattan's West Side released new renderings this week.

Developer Brookfield Properties plans to build a 62-story residential tower, office buildings, 200 square feet of retail and two acres of public space on a swath of land bound by West 31st Street, West 33rd Street, Ninth Avenue and 10th Avenue.

It released preliminary images of the "Manhattan West" project on Thursday, though some details of what each rendering entails were not immediately clear.

Construction of the residential building, Three Manhattan West, began in January 2015 and is expected to wrap up and begin moving in residents next year, according to a release.

Work on its office tower, One Manhattan West, began April last year, and will be anchored anchored by law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

An existing office building on the property, formerly known as 450 W. 33rd St., is currently undergoing renovations to become Five Manhattan West, and Brookfield will start building its third office tower — Two Manhattan West — when it secures an anchor tenant, the release said.

Four Manhattan West will likely be built as a hotel or residential building, the release added.
