
BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — Police are hunting for the man they say robbed a Bed-Stuy doctor’s office at gunpoint.
The suspect entered the Prominis medical office at 297 Marcus Garvey Blvd. between Gates Avenue and Monroe Street around 2 p.m. on May 13, officials said.
After displaying a gun, he demanded cash from an employee who handed over $40 to the robber, police said.
No injuries were reported, according to the NYPD, and the man fled south on Marcus Garvey Boulevard.
Employees from the medical office were not immediately available for comment.
The suspect, who police describe as approximately 6 feet tall and 190 pounds with brown eyes and short black hair, was last seen wearing a black hat, a beige, long-sleeved sweater, white sneakers and black jeans.
