The head of a brunette mannequin was spotted poking out of a garbage truck hopper near the intersection of Flushing and Wilson avenues Friday morning.
We think it's no coincidence that the beheaded mannequin made its horrifying appearance on Friday the 13th, a day whose reputation as the unluckiest day of the year has inspired horror movies and a tradition of widespread paranoia every time it marks the calendar.
