HELL'S KITCHEN — Police have arrested a pair of teens who randomly beat two men in separate attacks on West 45th Street last month.

Jahlique Chavers, 17, and Bryan Urbaez, 16, were charged with gang assault.

The attacks took place less than two hours apart on April 23, police said.

In the first incident, they attacked a 36-year-old man with an unknown object in front of 530 W. 45th St., near 10th Avenue, about 12:25 a.m., the NYPD said.

The victim was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was treated for five facial fractures, police and prosecutors said.

They then beat a 25-year-old man with a glass bottle in front of the same address about 2:25 a.m.. police said.

The victim suffered a ruptured tendon in his hand. He was also taken to Mount Sinai, where he was treated and released.

Urbaez was ordered held on $15,000 bail.

Chavers was awaiting arraigned Tuesday.

Police initially released images of four suspects, all between 16 and 20 years old and weighing about 160 pounds, who were seen carrying what looks like flowers wrapped in clear plastic in surveillance video.

The two other teens were still being sought.
