BROOKLYN — A man with "TEAM USA" tattooed on his forehead was caught masturbating on the L train, just two months after he was arrested on the 2 train for doing the same thing, police said.

Michael Pope, 20, was aboard a Manhattan-bound L train at the Lorimer Street station about 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 25 when he exposed himself, NYPD officials said.

Pope has not been arrested and police officers are actively looking for him as of Friday morning.

The L train incident caps a string of offenses dating back to Nov. 13, 2015, when Pope tried steal a drink and "three food items" totaling $18.27 a Central Harlem CVS, prosecutors said.

NYPD officer Danielle Hankerson spotted Pope and arrested him for petit larceny but prosecutors may drop the charges against him, a spokesman for the Manhattan District Attorney said.

Pope, whose last known address is in Central Harlem, was arrested again on Dec. 18 for criminal trespassing on a railroad, records show. He was given a desk appearance ticket and is due back in court on Aug. 9, records show.

Then on the afternoon of Dec. 27, he masturbated for more than 30 minutes while staring at a 29-year-old woman aboard a Manhattan-bound 2 train, police said. Pope was arrested three days later and held on $2,500 bond only to be released Jan. 20, records show.

He was arrested again on Feb. 24 for criminal trespassing in Bushwick, records show. His case was adjourned and prosecutors were considering dismissing the charge, a spokesman for the Bronx District Attorney said.

The next day, he was spotted masturbating on the subway again, police said.

Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
