Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump will be the first candidate to make the trek out to the forgotten borough and eat brunch at the Hilton Garden Inn on Sunday, but he might miss out on some of the city's best eats if he spends his entire trip in Bloomfield.

He might not be able to take the approximately 600 people who bought tickets to chow down with the GOP front-runner to some of these spots, but Trump should make sure to sample some amazing Sri Lankan food or the best thin-crust pie in the world before he leaves.

Here's a list of some of the spots Trump should consider Sunday:

► Beso, 11 Schuyler St., St. George

Just a quick limo ride away from the Staten Island Ferry, this Spanish tapas place serves up a highly rated three-course brunch menu for only $25 on the weekends.

Options at the eatery — voted one of the best for brunch in the city by Time Out New York — includes a burrito de huevos, a Cuban omelet, chorizo con pasta and a tres leches cake for dessert.

► Lakruwana, 668 Bay St., Stapleton

If Trump is feeling adventurous, he can sample the cuisine of the 5,000-plus Sri Lankan immigrants that call Staten Island home at Lakruwana's weekday buffet.

The restaurant — which was given one-star by the New York Times — serves up a large buffet for just $13.95 on Saturdays and Sundays featuring an assortment of curries, rice and meat dishes.

► Project Brunch, 4335 Arthur Kill Road, Charleston

Staten Island recently got a whole restaurant in the South Shore dedicated to brunch and Trump can roll the dice and be one of the first to discover the spot.

Project Brunch, which held its official grand opening April 4, already racked up nearly 6,300 followers on Instagram salivating over their photos of tiramisu French toast, a s'mores waffle, waffle sandwiches and more.

► Alor Cafe, 2110 Richmond Road, Grant City

This Grant City spot has been called one of the best for brunch in the borough by Time Out New York and Trump can try a sweet corn omelet, avocado breakfast burrito, grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich and more while there.

► Taqueria El Gallo Azteca, 75 Victory Boulevard, Tompkinsville

Early in his campaign Trump said "when Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. ... They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people," but he forget to mention they also brought us the greatest thing in the universe: tacos.

Staten Island has many low-key taco joints serving up authentic fare, but the tacos at Taqueria El Gallo Azteca has been called "bona fide enough to imagine you're thousands of miles south of the border," by the city's tourism guide. Highlights include their lengua (tongue) and al pastor tacos.

► Denino's Pizzeria and Tavern, 524 Port Richmond Ave., Port Richmond

No list of best Staten Island eats is complete without a pizzeria, and Denino's usually takes the spot as having the best pie in the borough.

The cash-only tavern has been serving up thin, crispy pies from its Port Richmond Avenue location since 1937, has almost an entire chapter dedicated to it in a recent novel and was called the best thin-crust pie in the world by New York Magazine. Don't forget to save some room and grab an Italian ice at the first Ralph's Famous Italian Ices across the street before you leave.

And please don't use a knife and fork.
