BRONX — Two people were tied up and robbed by four men who pretended to have guns and pushed their way into the Kingsbridge Heights apartment earlier this month, police said Tuesday.

The four thieves waited for the 37-year-old woman and 44-year-old man to get to their home near Kingsbridge Terrace on April 4 around 4:30 p.m., according to the NYPD. Then the men pushed inside the apartment “while simulating firearms.”

The robbers bound the victims’ arms and legs with duct tape before taking two cellphones, a laptop, jewelry, sneakers and two suitcases, police said. They also took an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspects fled the scene in a blue minivan, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477)
