THE BRONX — One of the two men who gunned down a MoMA cook for his iPod in 2012 was sentenced to 26 years in prison on Friday, the Bronx District Attorney’s Office announced.

Alejandro Campos, 25, drove the getaway car after, Hwang Yang, 26, was robbed and shot by Dominick Davis in Ewen Park while walking home in Kingsbridge after working a shift at the museum restaurant on April 19, 2012.

“A promising young man on his way home from work was shot in cold blood during a robbery, and this defendant drove the killer from the scene and then sold the victim’s iPhone for $460,” said Bronx DA Darcel Clark. “Now he will spend many years in prison for his callousness.”

Hwang Yang, 26, a cook at The Modern at MoMA, was shot and killed on April 19, 2012.
