The owners of Salvo’s Pizza Bar have opened a new restaurant around the corner, aiming to provide the neighborhood with a new Latin-inspired eatery with local and wholesome foods. The menu includes guac and blue corn organic tortilla chips, grilled octopus with garlic, smoked paprika and potato, varieties of tacos, chicken tortilla soup, salads, sandwiches, roasted chick with potato fries, king salmon with mesclun and more. Its bar will serve wines, beer, and “Lala’s cocktails,” like a Gingerbread Margarita, a Black Cherry Mojito, and the Black Friar’s Club cocktail with Plymouth gin, basil, cucumber, syrup, spice orange bitters and club soda.
