NEW YORK CITY — Downpours caused bus delays across Brooklyn and Queens during Monday morning's rush-hour commute, the MTA said.
All Queens and Brooklyn bus lines were held up due to "inclement weather conditions," the MTA posted at about 8:30 a.m.
Commuters took their complaints to Twitter.
New @MTA slogan: "A rainy day means many delay!"
