All Weekend

► New York City Story Telling Festival

Where: Everything Goes Book Cafe, 208 Bay St., Tompkinsville
When: Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

The Westerleigh Folk Festival will host its first annual New York City Story Telling Festival at Everything Goes Cafe this weekend, where storytellers will compete over the two days to tell the best tale. First place is $75, second prize is $50 and third is $25. Email the festival to participate, and admission is free.

Saturday, March 26

Easter Egg Hunt

Where: Historic Richmond Town, 441 Clarke Ave., Richmond Town
When: 11 a.m.

Decorate egg cartons in Victorian style, meet the Easter Bunny and hunt for eggs in a Victorian Town House during Historic Richmond Town's annual Easter Egg Hunt. Decorations are provided but participants are asked to bring an egg carton to the event. The hunt is $9 per child for Staten Island Historical Society members with adults admitted free. Non-member admission is $10 for children, $5 for adults, and the event is recommended for children ages 3 and up.

 Staten Island's Brewery Barons

Where: Noble Maritime Collection, 1000 Richmond Terrace, Livingston
When: 2 p.m.

Historian Patricia Salmon will give a presentation on her new book "Staten Island's Brewery Barons," which traces the history of beer brewing in the borough. Some of them date back to the 1850s, when German immigrants making their homes on Staten Island set up shop. The free event will have light refreshments, live music and signed copies of the book for sale.

Egg Hunt

Where: Clay Pit Ponds State Park Preserve, 2351 Veterans Road West, Charleston
When: 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

"Obscured/Omitted" show, featuring paintings by Chris RWK and three other artists, will have an opening reception on Saturday, March 26, 2016.

Celebrate Easter a day early with a free egg hunt, with prizes inside, at Clay Pit Ponds. Children must be accompanied by an adult for the event.

PASS: Dance | Ellis Wood

Where: Snug Harbor Cultural Center, 1000 Richmond Terrace, Livingston
When: 5 p.m.

The monthly Performance Art Salon Saturdays at Snug Harbor continues with a dance performance by Ellis Wood. The piece, developed specifically for Snug Harbor, includes live music, text, narration, a Greek chorus and more. A reception starts at 5 p.m. and the performance starts at 6 p.m. An artist talk will follow the $10 show.

Obscured/Omitted Opening

Where: SIABC, 73 Wave St., Stapleton
When: 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The re-opening of the renovated SIABC gallery space kicks off with the group exhibition "Obscured/Omitted" featuring nearly 20 paintings by artists who obstruct or hide sections of their work. Artists in the show are Staten Island street artist Chris RWK, painter Lauren Rinaldi, visual artist Gregory Moncada, painter Laura Bochet and painter Eric Haacht.

Scavenger Hunt Hike

Where: Conference House Park, Satterlee Street and Hylan Boulevard, Tottenville
When: 1p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Spend Easter Sunday looking for treasures at the beach at Conference House Park during a family friendly hike lead by an Urban Park Ranger. For more information on the free event, call 718-967-3542.
