MIDTOWN — The FBI’s Joint Terror Task Force is testing a white powder that was mailed Thursday to Donald Trump’s son in a letter demanding his father pull out of the election, according to authorities and sources.

The letter was sent to Eric Trump’s apartment at 100 Central Park South on March 17 at about 7:15 p.m. and the FBI took the lead on analyzing the substance, officials said.

“We don’t want anyone to overreact on this one,” FBI spokeswoman Stephanie Shark said, adding that the powder was being analyzed at a national lab.

No one who handled the powder was injured, the NYPD said in a statement.

Investigators believe the powder is most-likely harmless, sources said.

Eric has joined his father on the campaign trail and has stood at his side during several victory speeches and press conferences.

A spokeswoman for the Trump campaign did not return an immediate request for comment.
