Starbucks may have just announced its Cherry Blossom Frappuccino, but it nearly became the season of the Trumpaccino thanks to a dose of politics at the coffee giant's East Village outpost Thursday.
As EV Grieve originally reported, pro-Trump signs adorned the windows of a Starbucks at First Avenue and East Third Street.
It was unclear how these fliers ended up on the store's windows or what implications they had for the store’s customers, but it seems the signs were removed immediately after we reached out to Starbucks for comment.
“Any such signs that have appeared on our store windows have not been placed there with our approval and have since been removed,” a Starbucks spokesperson told DNAinfo New York.
