WASHINGTON HEIGHTS — Five people were stabbed or slashed Wednesday morning during a fight in an after-hours club in Washington Heights, police said.

They were all in a basement venue at 2236 Amsterdam Ave., near West 171st Street, about 6 a.m. when a fight broke out inside, an NYPD spokesman said.

Two men slashed a 28-year-old man across the chest, a 30-year-old woman across the left side of her face, and a 44-year-old woman across the chest, police said.

The attackers also stabbed two other men, ages 24 and 31, in the stomach, police said.

All the victims were in stable condition at Columbia Medical Center, Harlem Hospital and St. Luke's Hospital, police said.

The two suspects fled the scene and were not immediately arrested, police said.
