VIDEO: Men Sought in Anti-Gay Attack Outside Hell's Kitchen Bar, Police Say

MANHATTAN — Police released video of two suspects who broke another man's nose in an anti-gay attack outside a Hell's Kitchen bar last week in what police are investigating as a hate crime, the NYPD said.

The 36-year-old victim, whose name was not immediately released, was with a friend trying to get a taxi outside The Cannery, at 765 Ninth Ave. near West 51st Street, about 4:45 a.m. on March 8 when two men attacked him, an NYPD spokesman said.

"F--k you, f----t," one of the men said as they broke his nose and bruised his face, police said..

He was treated at St. Luke's Hospital, NYPD officials said.

The suspects, who can be seen in surveillance footage released by police, fled the scene and hadn't been arrested as of Wednesday morning, police said.
