It may not be a surprise, but now it's official: TriBeCa is one of the country's most expensive places to buy property.

According to data from PropertyShark, the zip code 10013 — which includes part of TriBeCa, SoHo and Hudson Square — ranked fourth in the country when it comes to median sale prices.

Last year, the median property price in 10013 was $3.4 million.

The most expensive zip code in the country, 11962, is also in New York, but outside of the city, in the Hamptons — home to many sprawling mansions. If you're in the market for a $8.5 million home, head to Sagaponack.

Lower Manhattan also cracked PropertyShark's top 10 list with zip code 10007, home to more of TriBeCa, and part of the Financial District, surrounding the World Trade Center.

The median price in 10007 last year was $2.8 million, giving the area a ranking of 9th on the list.

Battery Park City also made it to the ranking, hitting the 20th most pricey spot with median prices at $2.3 million for its 10282 zip code.

Beverly Hills famed 90210 area code came in third, with median prices at $3.5 million, and Palo Alto came in fifth with sale prices at $3.1 million.
