BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — Police are looking for a man they say masturbated on a 3 train in Brooklyn Heights.
The man was on a southbound train near the Clark Street station around 7:30 a.m. on Friday when he put his hand in his pants and “manipulated his genitals,” according to the NYPD.
There was no indication the man engaged with anyone on the train while he was masturbating, police said.
Police released a photo of the man that was taken by a witness.
