JACKSON HEIGHTS — A man hoping to get lucky was instead slashed and robbed after taking a woman he had just picked up to a Queens motel early Monday, police sources said.
The 43-year-old victim met up with the woman on 82nd Street and Roosevelt Avenue about 4:30 a.m., the NYPD said.
“He was looking to get into some naughty behavior,” a police source said.
The pair opted to go to the woman’s room at the Metro Motel on Queens Boulevard, near 47th Avenue, the NYPD said.
When they arrived, the woman had accomplice Adam Arenas, 31, waiting. She then cut the 43-year-old across the hand with a knife and snatched his cell phone and cash before she and Arenas took off, police said.
The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries.
Arenas was arrested in Manhattan in 2015 for petit larceny. He's described as 5-foot-8 and 165 pounds.
The woman is still at large.
